Training our staff to the highest standards possible is an important part of the Eniro Care Ethos. We ensure that all our carers are fully trained and vetted as required by the Care Quality Commission.
This includes the completion of Independent Safeguarding Authority and Disclosure Barring Services checks. These were previously known as Criminal Records Bureau Checks. References are also required.

Our registered Manager is Gumisai Jofirisi, the person who directly manages the service on a day to day basis. The manager is the founder of Eniro are and she is a RGN Nurse with over thirty years of experience in providing a wide range of care and directly manages the service on day to day basis.
CLINICAL LEAD
Gumisai Jofrisi is a RGN Nurse who is also responsible for the service and quality care provided for the service users. Gumisai has over thirty years of experience in care.
HR & FINANCE
Dominic Jofirisi has extensive experience in Management, HR and Personnel Management and has achieved a First-Class Hons Degree in Business and Enterprise.
